The structure can withstand long-term high temperature exposure, strong sandstorms and coastal salt fog erosion in the Middle East, with a service life of over 70 years. Flexible steel structure without load-bearing walls, the indoor space can be freely divided into multi-master suites, maid quarters, open living & dining area and entertainment room to meet the living needs of large Arab families.
The exterior wall adopts integrated thermal insulation decorative panel, filled with high-density rock wool inside the steel frame cavity, matched with broken bridge aluminum window + double-layer Low-E hollow insulated glass. It greatly blocks outdoor heat radiation, effectively reduces long-term air conditioning power consumption, and meets Dubai’s building energy conservation standards.

All steel frames, wall panels, roof panels and doors & windows are pre-produced in the factory, shipped in containers to Dubai construction site.
