Standardized Flat Pack Container Houses

Flat Packed container house adopts modular design concept and production technology, modularize a container house into standard parts and components, and then assembled on site or lifted into position at the place where it is used. The product takes the container as the basic unit, the container structure adopts special cold-formed galvanized steel components, the enclosure insulation material all adopts non-combustible material, the water and electricity and supporting functions are all prefabricated in the factory, there is no need for the second construction, on-site assembly or the whole lifting can be moved into place. It can be used individually or in different combinations of horizontal and vertical directions to form spacious spaces and stacked floors.

Technological Process

1, Install the uprights on the bottom frame, align the holes of the uprights with the holes of the bottom frame, and connect them with bolts.

2, Top frame installation, align the screw holes above the uprights, and connect them with bolts.

3, Downspout installation, align the downspout with the plumbing channel of the top corner piece, and connect them with screws.

4, Bottom tribal gutter installation, connect the gutter with the bottom frame with screws.

5, Wallboard installation, place the bottom of wallboard into the gutter along with the gutter, and fit it on the sides of the gutter, and the wallboard The top is fixed to the top beam with screws, and the side is fixed to the column.

6, Window installation, first fix one side of the wallboard, cut the wallboard out to the size of the window, put the wallboard underneath, and put the window along the wallboard.

7, Installation of door frame, cut the wallboard first, reserve the position of the door frame.

8, Curtain corner installation, fix the L-type fasteners with screws on both sides of the wallboards, and subsequently fix the corner fasteners on top of the L-type fasteners.

9, Ceiling installation, the L-type angle aluminum fixed in the wallboard above the position, the angle aluminum with screws fixed on the wallboard, fixed angle aluminum, the ceiling along the angle aluminum into the installation after the installation of a good sealant. (Before installing the ceiling, connect the wires first.)

10, Skirting installation. Skirting line lay along the sink, fixed with screws, after finishing hit the sealant.
