The main support structure of the plant is made of steel, such as steel columns and beams, which are welded and bolted to form a stable spatial structural system to provide load-bearing capacity and stability for the whole plant, capable of withstanding the plant's own weight, roof load, wind load, seismic load, as well as the weight of the internal equipment and goods.
Polyurethane sealed rock wool panels are used as the exterior wall material. This kind of board is compounded with rock wool board as the core material and polyurethane as the sealing material. Rock wool boards have good fire prevention, heat preservation, heat insulation, sound absorption and other properties, which can effectively improve the fire safety level of the plant, reduce energy consumption, and reduce external noise interference. The polyurethane sealing plays the role of enhancing the edge strength of the board, improving the waterproof performance and overall aesthetics, and at the same time, the adhesion of polyurethane makes the rock wool board and the main body of the steel structure better connected together to form a whole enclosure structure.
