Traditional concrete buildings have long construction cycles, high costs, and cannot meet the demand for rapid deployment of warehousing facilities. Leveraging its mature experience in prefabricated steel structures, Hebei Xindian Engineering Co., Ltd. customized a lightweight, highly adaptable steel structure warehouse solution for the client. The solution complies with local building codes while achieving the goal of fast delivery.

Efficient Delivery: 30-Day End-to-End Completion

The project adopted a "factory prefabrication + on-site assembly" model. Hebei Xindian completed the production, processing, rust removal, and hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment of all steel structure components in China. All accessories were packaged and shipped in modular units, requiring only simple assembly and installation on-site without complex construction procedures. This significantly shortened the construction period, with full delivery from order confirmation to on-site completion achieved in just 30 days, perfectly meeting the client’s urgent need for rapid commissioning.

Customized Design: Tailored to Local Argentine Conditions

  • Structural Performance: Adopted a portal frame steel structure system with H-section steel beams and columns as the main frame, paired with galvanized C/Z purlins. The bracing system (horizontal bracing, knee braces, tie rods) enhanced overall stability, enabling resistance to common strong wind loads and temperature deformations in Argentina, while meeting local seismic and wind resistance codes.
  • Envelope System: Weather-resistant color-coated steel panels were used for the enclosure, with a matte black exterior that balances dirt resistance and aesthetics. Long strip daylighting windows were installed on the side walls to maximize natural light while reducing energy consumption. Equipped with rolling logistics doors and personnel access doors to accommodate high-frequency use by truck loading/unloading and staff traffic.
  • Anti-Corrosion Technology: All steel components underwent a dual anti-corrosion treatment of hot-dip galvanizing + painting, effectively resisting corrosion in coastal or humid areas of Argentina, extending the building’s service life and reducing long-term maintenance costs.

Flexible Adaptability: Meeting Diverse Warehousing Needs

The warehouse features a large-span, column-free design with an open and unobstructed interior. The space can be flexibly divided into storage areas according to the client’s requirements, suitable for various scenarios such as general goods and industrial materials. Expansion interfaces were reserved in the design, allowing the client to easily expand the warehouse space as business grows without large-scale modification of the main structure.
