Resort Experience: A landscaped staircase and glass-railed terrace at the front of the building allow residents to directly step into a tropical green courtyard after their workout, enjoying panoramic views of palm trees and the distant city skyline, achieving a one-stop experience of "exercise + leisure + scenery."
Climate Adaptability: The flat roof design facilitates the installation of solar panels and a ventilation system. Combined with large windows for natural ventilation, this keeps the interior cool in tropical climates and reduces air conditioning energy consumption.
