Advantages of packed container house units
I. Design Concept
Taking "modularization, environmental protection and comfort" as the core concept, it utilizes the solid structure and flexible combination of packed containers to create a living space that is both economical and practical, as well as environmentally friendly and comfortable.
II.Structure Design
Foundation selection: high-strength steel is chosen as the main structural material of the container house to ensure the stability and load-bearing capacity of the overall structure.
Modular design: the house is divided into bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and other modules, each module is an independent packing container, easy to transport and assemble.
Reinforcement treatment: Reinforcement treatment is carried out at the corners, bottom and top of the container to enhance the stability and seismic performance of the overall structure.
III. Space Layout
Bedroom design: Two bedrooms are set up, each equipped with basic furniture and storage space to ensure the privacy and comfort of the occupants. The bedrooms can be separated by partitions or sliding doors.
Kitchen design: The kitchen area should be compact and functional, including a cooking area, a washing area and a storage area. Choose easy-to-clean and wear-resistant materials for decoration to reduce future maintenance costs.
Bathroom design: The bathroom should be set up in a location that is easy to drain and equipped with basic facilities such as shower, toilet and sink. Adopt waterproof and non-slip materials for decoration to ensure the safety of use.
VI.Environmental protection and sustainability
Material selection: Prioritize the use of recyclable or biodegradable materials for decoration and furniture making to reduce the impact on the environment.
Energy utilization: Install solar panels on the roof to provide power support for the house. At the same time, a rainwater collection system is designed for uses such as toilet flushing and irrigation to reduce water consumption.
Thermal insulation: Fill thermal insulation materials between the inner and outer walls of the container to improve the thermal insulation performance of the house and reduce energy consumption.
V. Detailed treatment
Ventilation and lighting: Set enough windows and vents in each module to ensure indoor air circulation and sufficient light. Acoustic treatment: Fill and seal the containers with acoustic materials to reduce noise interference. Safety facilities: install smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and other safety facilities to ensure safe living.
